What is Doug Ford doing? Without consulting the City of Toronto or local communities, Ford is moving to seize control of Billy Bishop Airport and open it to jets. His Building Billy Bishop Airport Act, 2026 would expropriate city-owned land (including public parkland like Little Norway Park), overriding the Tripartite Agreement that requires the City's consent for any changes to airport lands.
