How the Rebate works

How it works: Toronto's Contribution Rebate Program lets donors get a portion of their campaign contribution back, and the rebates are generous:

  • Donate $100 → get $75 back

  • Donate $200 → get $150 back

  • Donate $300 → get $225 back

  • Donate $500 → get $325 back

That means a $100 donation effectively costs you just $25. A $300 donation? Only $75 out of pocket.

Who's eligible? Any individual who normally resides in Ontario can contribute and claim a rebate.

How to claim your rebate: It's simple. When you donate, Diana's campaign will provide you with a Contribution Rebate Receipt and Application Form. You complete and submit it — online or by mail — and the City of Toronto sends you a cheque.

The maximum rebate a contributor can receive is $1,000.
